When Justine’s hometown of San Carlos saw the need for a children’s theater, she immediately jumped into action, raising money and support. “Children need a place where they can learn about the fine arts on their level,” she says. Today, the San Carlos Children’s Theater is a model of such a place. But, Justine wasn’t satisfied with helping to form the theater. With her background in dance and theater, she became the President of the Board of Directors for the center’s first five years.
